This equipment is designed according to IEC60335-2-24:2017 “Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Part 2-24: Particular requirements for refrigerating appliances, ice-cream appliances and ice-makers, IDT”.

 

 

Application


It is mainly used to test the durability and stability of interlocking devices on vertical refrigerator doors. The system also assists in other repeated door opening and closing tests, such as defrost performance testing and refrigerant leakage testing. Suitable for refrigeration appliances with either two vertical doors on the same side or a single door design.

 

 

Test Principle


The test process is controlled through a customized program. Servo motors drive manipulators equipped with vacuum suction cups to repeatedly open and close refrigerator doors at a set speed. The system verifies the long-term stability, endurance, and safety of the interlocking device.

Electrical Control Cabinet: Includes load voltage regulating device for stable and accurate testing.

Frame & Manipulators: Robust structure ensuring precise motion control.

Vacuum Suction Cups: Securely attach to refrigerator doors during testing.
