The Sand and Dust Test Chamber is a high-performance environmental simulation testing system designed in strict accordance with IEC 60529 IP5X / IP6X standards. It is widely used to evaluate the dustproof performance and sealing reliability of electrical and electronic products, automotive and motorcycle components, outdoor equipment enclosures, and sealing systems and connectors.
This advanced dust ingress testing equipment simulates real-world sandstorm and airborne dust environments to determine how particulate contamination impacts product durability, safety, and performance.
The system adopts a closed-loop dust circulation mechanism: dust is collected at the bottom funnel, a high-pressure turbine fan extracts and transports dust, dust is redistributed from the top of the chamber, and gravity ensures uniform downward dispersion.
This continuous cycle accurately reproduces dust-laden airflow environments, essential for IP dust ingress testing.
